Refund Policy Overview
This Refund Policy outlines when and how Lockd & Lethal Apparel ("we," "us," "our") provides refunds for orders placed through www.lockdlethal.ca. As a print-on-demand dropshipping store powered by Printful, all products are custom-made after order receipt. Custom apparel has limited refund options to account for production costs.

Eligible Refunds

We offer refunds only in these cases:

  • Manufacturing defects: Wrong print, size, or color (proven via photos).

  • Damaged in transit: Visible damage upon delivery (requires carrier claim).

  • Wrong item shipped: Printful error in product sent.
    No refunds for: change of mind, sizing issues, customer errors in address, or normal wear.

Refund Timeframe

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Late requests may be denied.

Refund Process

  1. Email info@lockdlethal.ca with order number, photos of issue, and tracking details.

  2. Printful inspects (3-7 business days); we coordinate.

  3. If approved, refund issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  4. Customer covers return shipping unless our error.

Refund Amounts

  • Full refund: Defects, wrong item, undelivered (Printful fault).

  • Partial refund: Minor defects, print fading within 30 days.

  • Non-refundable: Shipping costs, production fees for custom items, return shipping (customer responsibility).

Cancellations (Pre-Shipment)

  • Within 12 hours of order if not in production: full refund minus 5% processing fee.

  • After production (usually 24 hours): no cancellation/refund.

  • Email immediately for fastest processing.

Exchanges

No exchanges—place new order if needed. We'll credit defective orders toward replacement.

International Orders

Customer responsible for customs duties, taxes, and return shipping. No refunds for customs seizures.
