These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.lockdlethal.ca (the "Site"), operated by Lockd & Lethal Apparel ("we," "us," "our"). As a print-on-demand dropshipping store powered by Printful, all purchases are subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Who Can Use the Site

  • You must be 18+ or have guardian permission.

  • Not available to restricted persons under Canadian export laws or where prohibited.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders for any reason.

Products and Orders

  • All products are custom-made print-on-demand apparel via Printful—no inventory held by us.

  • Product images are mockups; actual colors/materials may vary slightly.

  • Orders are final once production begins (typically 24 hours); see Shipping Policy for details.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify offerings without notice.

Payment Methods

  • Accepted via Wix Payments: credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

  • Prices in CAD; all taxes/duties responsibility of customer (international: DDP not offered).

  • Full payment required at checkout; no payment plans.

Intellectual Property

  • Site content, designs, logos are our property or licensed (© 2026 Lockd & Lethal Apparel).

  • Product designs may be original or licensed; you get non-exclusive personal use.

  • No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission.

  • User-generated content (reviews) grants us non-exclusive license to display.

Warranties and Disclaimers

  • Products warranted against manufacturing defects per Printful standards (30 days).

  • Site provided "as is"—no warranties on availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose.

  • We not liable for Printful production/shipping delays, carrier issues, or customs.

  • Maximum liability limited to order value.

Order Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellations within 12 hours if pre-production; email info@lockdlethal.ca.

  • No refunds for completed/shipped orders except per Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Governing law: Alberta, Canada; disputes via Alberta courts.

Account Termination

  • We may suspend/cancel accounts for violations (fraud, abuse).

  • You may close your account anytime.
