Shipping Policy Overview


This Shipping Policy establishes the legal framework for shipping relations between Lockd & Lethal Apparel ("we," "us," "our") and our customers for orders placed through www.lockdlethal.ca. As a print-on-demand dropshipping store powered by Printful, all products are custom-made after order receipt and shipped directly from Printful facilities.

Order Processing Timeframe

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Production time varies by product: apparel (2-5 days), accessories (3-7 days).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with estimated fulfillment date upon order placement.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and speed:

  • Domestic (Canada): $7-15 CAD (standard, 5-12 business days).

  • USA: $10-20 CAD (standard, 7-15 business days).

  • International: $15-35 CAD (standard, 10-25 business days).
    Rates include Printful handling; no additional fees from us.

Shipping Carriers and Methods

Printful selects optimal carriers:

  • Canada: Canada Post, Purolator.

  • USA: USPS, UPS.

  • International: Local postal services.
    Tracking numbers provided via email within 3-7 days of order.

Domestic and International Shipping

  • Canada-wide: All provinces covered; remote areas may add 2-5 days.

  • USA: 48 states standard; expedited available at checkout.

  • International: Duties/taxes paid by customer (DDP not offered).

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Changes/cancellations accepted within 12 hours of order if not yet printed.

  • Email info@lockdlethal.ca immediately.

  • No changes after production starts (most orders within 24 hours).

Potential Service Interruptions and Delays

Shipping may be delayed by:

  • High-volume periods (holidays, sales).

  • Carrier disruptions, weather events, customs holds.

  • Printful production capacity.
    We notify affected customers via email and post updates on site/social media.

Tracking and Delivery

  • Tracking links sent automatically.

  • Standard delivery to residential/commercial addresses (no PO boxes for some items).

  • Failed deliveries rerouted per carrier policy; customer pays reship fees.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

File claims with Printful within 30 days. Provide photos/tracking. We coordinate resolution but cannot guarantee carrier reimbursements.
